Not a developer.Fixing real businesses with AI anyway.

Clayton Trevino. Finance and Real Estate major at SMU's Cox School of Business. Dallas, Texas.

I spent hundreds of hours learning to make AI do the unglamorous work inside a business: quotes, missed calls, follow-up, reviews, reminders. Now I fix those things for local owners and show the numbers, so you can see whether it worked.

How I got here.

I did not learn to code. I learned to describe a business problem clearly enough that AI could build the fix, then I tested the fix on real businesses until it held up.

It started with owners I could watch up close. That is where I first saw how much of a good company's week still runs by hand: quotes, follow-up, reminders, the same questions answered over and over. Small, boring problems that quietly cost real time. Those were the first things I learned to fix.

From there I kept going: a booking sync for a vacation rental owner, an internal app for tracking work, a commercial real estate tool that I am still building. Along the way I learned that most local businesses lose money in the same five or six places, and that none of them need a developer to fix.

So that is what Clashworks is. I find the leak, I build the fix, I install tracking so the result is a number and not an opinion, and I hand the template out for free. If I get something wrong, I say so on camera.

What I've built so far.

Every claim on this site is backed by one of these. Where I don't have a number yet, it says so.

The quote form

A lead form that requires a phone number, skips the captcha, and tracks its own submissions. Built for a local service business. It goes in after the baseline is recorded, so the before and after are real.

Missed-call text-back

A text goes out the moment a call is missed, so the customer does not dial the next company on the list.

The review request system

Asks every customer for a review the day after the job, inside Google's 2026 rules. Reply templates included.

Rental booking sync

An automation that pulls a vacation rental owner's bookings out of their booking platform into their spreadsheets every day and flags double bookings and duplicates. It started on a fragile desktop setup that failed, so I moved it to a scheduled cloud run. It has not missed a day since.

Running daily since August 2026

Website relaunch and lead routing

A multi-page site for a small business, rebuilt and launched in days, with redirects from the old pages. The apply form sorts real leads from casual requests and hands the owner a follow-up task on every real one.

Live since September 2026

Booking that matches the real calendar

Online booking wired to the owner's actual calendar, video calls, and reminder emails, so the days that are free show up as free.

Live since October 2026

AI search visibility check

I asked four AI search engines the questions a buyer would ask, recorded where the business showed up, then fixed the pages that kept it hidden. The re-check runs at 30 days, so the result is a number.

Baseline recorded, re-check due October 28

Retail prospect engine

A live prospect tracker for a product brand, built from public store lists and map data, with contact emails found automatically and a daily sync that never overwrites the owner's own edits.

Built, outreach not started

Direct booking site for rental homes

A fast site for a small vacation rental business, so guests can book direct instead of through the big platforms. Checkout hands off to the booking system the owner already uses.

Live

Launch safety pass

Before a site goes live, I check that it works with a screen reader and a keyboard, that it has privacy and terms pages, that the images are small enough to load fast, and that it fits a phone. Across three sites, the automated accessibility check found zero issues on 94 pages.

Runs on every launch

Instagram inbox agent

I send it posts worth keeping. It reads each one, files it, and sends me a short brief every Sunday by pop-up and phone. The first run filed 11 posts: 3 to use, 4 to park, 4 to skip.

Running weekly

Deploy safety gate

Every page is scanned for leaked keys, broken links, and stray emails and phone numbers before it can go live, so one slip does not cost an owner their accounts. Two security reviews so far, nothing leaked.

Running

ClarityHub

A workflow-visibility app I'm building, for seeing who is working on what without asking.

Prototype

CRE Copilot

A commercial real estate tool, the overlap between my major and this work.

In development

Client results appear here as they are measured and released, with the owner's written permission. Nothing is published about a client without it.

How I work.

  • Measured or free. Every fix ships with tracking. If the number cannot be shown 30 days after delivery, you get a full refund of my fees. Conditions.
  • Small on purpose. A few engagements at a time, so each one gets built properly and measured honestly.
  • No promises on rankings or lead counts. Nobody can honestly make those. I promise the fix and the measurement.
  • Baseline first. I record where you are before I touch anything, so the before and after are real.
  • Never a shared password. You add me as a user with the lowest access that does the job. Your accounts stay yours.
  • Templates go out free. The files I install for paying clients are the same ones I release with each video.

What I am not: a guru, an agency with a sales team, or a course. I do not manage ad spend. I fix specific things and show you what happened.

Got a problem that eats your week?

Two free video reviews a week. Ten minutes of recorded, specific advice on your website, your Google listing, and how you run things. Yours to keep either way.
