Privacy policy.

What this site collects, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed. The rules for using the site are on the Terms page.

Effective October 14, 2026 Applies to clashworks.co and its forms Run by Clayton Trevino, Dallas, Texas

What I collect

Only what you type into a form. There are two.

  • The free video review application. Your name, your business name, its website and Google listing, an email or phone number to reach you, and your answers about how the business runs. If you ticked items on the homepage picker, those come along too.
  • The Lead Leak Checklist request. One field, your email address.

Nothing is collected from you just for visiting. No account, no sign-in, no hidden fields.

Why I collect it

  • To record your free video review and send it to you.
  • To send the checklist you asked for.
  • To reply if you asked a question or wanted something built.

I do not sell or rent any of it. I do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask for one. Nothing about your business is published without your written permission.

Where it goes

Form answers are stored by Tally (tally.so), the form tool both forms run on, and then in my own private records for the review. These services have their own privacy policies and are the only outside places your form answers go:

  • Tally receives and stores what you submit and shows the form inside this page.
  • cdnjs (Cloudflare) serves one small animation library on the homepage.
  • GitHub Pages hosts the site itself and sees the usual server logs.

Links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and GitHub take you to those sites, which then apply their own rules.

Messages on social profiles

If you comment on or message a Clashworks profile, I see your public username and what you wrote. When you comment a keyword a post asks for, a small program I run replies through Meta's official Instagram API with one DM containing the link and a short public reply under your comment. To make sure you get that DM only once, it keeps a scrambled (hashed) copy of your Instagram account number and the comment's ID for 30 days, and nothing else: no username, no comment text. It runs on Cloudflare. I never add you to an email list from a comment or a message; that takes your own signup.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded Tally form may set a functional cookie so the form works. That is the full list. If I add a visitor counter later, this page will say which one and what it records before it goes live.

Do Not Track. Because nothing here tracks you across sites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. Both are respected by default.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you think a child sent a form, tell me and it will be deleted.

How long I keep it

Application answers are kept while the review is open and for as long as we might work together, then deleted. Checklist emails are kept only to send the checklist. Anything you ask me to remove is removed, from Tally and from my records.

Your choices

You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time. Reply to any message from me, or send a note through the application form or any Clashworks profile linked in the footer. I answer within seven days.

I do not sell personal information or share it for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. That holds for visitors from every state, Texas and California included.

Terms of use

The terms for using this site, the free video review, the free kits, and the Measured-or-Free guarantee now have their own page: Terms.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top moves and the change is described here in one line. Small wording fixes do not get an entry.

  • October 14, 2026. Added social profile messages, Do Not Track, children, and the no-sale line. Terms moved to their own page. The two typefaces now load from this site instead of Google Fonts.

The whole thing in one breath: I collect what you type, use it to do the thing you asked for, keep it only as long as that takes, and delete it when you say so.
