Terms.

What you can expect from this site, the free video review, and paid work. What happens to your information is on the Privacy policy.

Effective October 14, 2026 Applies to clashworks.co, its forms and free kits Run by Clayton Trevino, as Clashworks

Who runs this

Clashworks is the business name Clayton Trevino works under. When these terms say "I", that is me.

Not legal or financial advice

I fix how a business gets and answers leads: websites, forms, booking, follow-up, search listings. That is business and technical help. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not replace a licensed attorney or accountant. If a fix touches a legal question, such as privacy rules, licensing, or accessibility law, I will say so and you should check it with your own attorney.

The free video review

  • It is advice, not a promise. It is my honest read of your website, Google listing, and how you run things. What you do with it is your call.
  • Two free video reviews a week. Applying does not guarantee a slot. You hear back either way, within seven days.
  • No strings. A review does not commit you to buying anything.

Paid work starts only after we both sign a written agreement with a fixed price. Half is paid after the starting number is recorded, half on delivery. If anything on this page differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.

The Measured-or-Free guarantee

Every paid fix ships with tracking, and the guarantee works like this:

  • One number, agreed up front. For example quote requests a week, and the system that records it.
  • A baseline first. I record that number before I change anything.
  • Measured at 30 days. Thirty days after delivery I read the number again from the same system.
  • If it cannot be shown, you get every fee back. A full refund of what you paid me, within 15 days. Outside costs passed through at cost, such as a phone line, are not refundable.
  • What it is not. It is not a promise that the number goes up by any amount, and it is not a promise of rankings, leads, calls, or revenue. Nobody can honestly promise those.
  • When it does not apply. If the tracking is removed or changed, the pages or systems it measures are changed without telling me, or my access is removed before the 30 days are up.

Results, reviews and case studies

  • Every result shown is real and published with the owner's written permission. Your results depend on your market, your traffic, and how fast you answer leads.
  • Reviews are never bought. Nobody is paid or rewarded for a good word, and no review is written for anyone. Work done for people I know personally is labeled as such.

AI-made content

I build with AI tools and say so. Videos on Clashworks channels may use AI visuals, AI image-to-video, and AI voice cleanup, and the ClashBot mascot is AI-made. I never use a real person's face or voice without their written consent, and I apply each platform's AI label where it asks for one.

The free kits

The kits on GitHub are released under the MIT license. Use them, change them, and sell work built on them. They come with no warranty, so test them before a customer depends on them.

Site content

The words, photos, and videos on this site are mine unless marked otherwise. Quote them with a link back. Do not pass them off as your own or use my name or face to sell something.

Links to Tally, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and GitHub go to sites I do not run. Their own terms apply there.

Limits

This site, the free video review, and the free kits are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, from using them. For paid work, the limits in our signed agreement apply.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, the same as the client agreement. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the effective date at the top moves and the change is described here in one line.

  • October 14, 2026. Terms moved to their own page from the privacy page. Guarantee conditions, advice limits, reviews, AI-made content, limits, and governing law added.

The whole thing in one breath: the free stuff is free and honest, paid work runs on a signed agreement, and if the number we agreed on cannot be shown at 30 days, you get your money back.
